I lead the Organisation Development team, responsible for Aldar Group\'s operating model and organisational changes across all BUs and Corporate Functions. I am lucky to work with exceptional business leaders to drive and implement organisational changes, including:1) Designing a new retail organisation to house all retail operations for Abu Dhabi\'s flagship malls (Yas Mall, Galleria Mall, Grove Mall, and WTC Mall - among others) following a JV between Aldar and Mubadala2) Accelerating construction management operations by re-sizing relevant teams and by centralising at Group-level all support activities (Finance, Legal, Audit)- hence increasing managerial focus on core activities. 3) Setting up a Data & AI function, ensuring relevant activities across digital and IT teams are consolidated within the new function, and designing an organisation with the right roles, seniority and structure to deliver on its mandate
