During my experience in Salvagnini I got in touch with some different aspects of Salvagnini accounting department, but the aspects related to import/export operations are the main ones. I would like to summarize the activity carried out in my work- Issuing of transport documents and invoices about systems and their spare parts- Management of the register about the temporary entry/exit of goods in compliance with art. 243, par. 3, Directive 2006/112 / EC- Management of the electronic archive of the documents in compliance with the quick fixes- Use of the procedures used for requesting the issuance of certificates of origin by the Chamber of Commerce- Control of the customs bills through checking the closure of the MRN for the effective exit of the goods from the UE Customs border- Issue of export declarations for export, for example in compliance with IATA standard, or goods under dual use export control- Invoicing and calculation of chargebacks relating to manpower for testing and assembling carried out on behalf of the subsidiaries.
