About me I was born and raised in Turin, Italy; at 17 years old I started my international journey, within 5 years I had the chance to live (not visit, LIVE!) in California, London, Madrid and Berlin (where I am currently based) and I felt in love with travelling and discovering new culture so if you are in Berlin and open to network, let\'s grab a coffee, I\'m always up to meet new people! What I do I am the Chief of Staff at NAVIT.what does that mean? I support the Founders in leading the organization and, with the Head of the departments, to the development of key projects (currently: product, growth and partnership; past: fundraising, outbound sales, pricing, customer success ) overall avoiding specialisation but rather working horizontally across the organization and departments. Key lessons learnt so far- prioritisation is key to success - there is no time to be wasted in early stage so remember always 80/20 rule, and just do it, if you know you know;)- if you want to \"Get Shit Done\"- you need to learn how to push people - strategy is worth nothing without execution - work in teams - are you having trouble with anything? try to ask your colleague\'s opinion, 2 minds are always better than 1 - never be afraid of asking - in the end what\'s the worst possible answer.\"NO\"? if you care too much about the take your chances and be ready to back up your arguments, that\'s all you need - time is key - set a clear schedule, meet your deadlines and learn when to say stop
