I love challenges. 10 years of agonistic rowing taught me the necessary patience, and perseverance to meet your goals. Engineering gave me method and mind-set.3 years as Project Engineer in Terna Rete Italia S.p.A. increased my capability to manage multiple projects. Now, with the Master in Project and Innovation Management, I’ve built a strong knowledge as Project Manager, and after 2 years as Project Manager and Innovation Specialist I’m ready for the next big challenge. I’m not scared to fail. Loss is necessary in order to grow, learning from errors committed in the past is the way to improve.I’m always in search for self-improvement, and I need perspective in order to perform. Knowing that the team is the key to long-term success, I try as hard as possible to create the right climate in order for people to perform at their best. Generally, I prefer to observe the big picture, and the why a project needs to meet its goals.
