In my role at HL I partner Platforms | Data | Architecture | Salesforce | Cyber recruitment.Over the last number of years I have specialised in Tech within Financial Services. Historically I\'ve worked in a blend of Corporate, Consulting and Agency environments: HL | Rocko - HR Consultancy | Triodos Bank | RSM | TLT | Sanderson. This has given me valuable knowledge of the talent market and client/ stakeholder needs. I work at C-Suite -1 level, in a HR matrix environment, supporting Heads of Function with their resourcing, attraction and retention strategy. ACHIEVEMENTS- Increased HL\'s Direct Attraction from 10% to 92%, focusing on quality, diversity and speed of hire - Partnered key business area\'s through a Digital Transformation- Women in Tech ally - supporting events, workshops and campaigns - On HL\'s Internal Coaches Panel and support the running of the Coaching Community of Practice- Mentored, coached and developed teams to build and prosper in their rolesA Qualified Coaching Professional through the BPP. I am also a certified Mental Health First Aider and SHL Level A and B Practitioner, showing my dedication to personal and professional development and well-being. I have a broad interest in sports, such as rugby, football, cycling, golf, tennis and padel. More recently taking up roles as U8\'s coach for local rugby and football teams. Away from sport, I\'ve held positions of trustee and committee member of the Friends of Henleaze Infant School, helping them raise money for a local School.
