I propose different way to integrate AI to improve well-being at work. As a Doctor of Philosophy, I stand at the intersection of academic rigor and practical impact, poised to contribute significantly to the field of every organizations\' management.As an Attaché Temporaire d\'Enseignement et de Recherche at IAE Pau-Bayonne, my days were during 2 years invigorated by the dual thrill of teaching Master\'s courses and progressing as a PhD Candidate in Public Administration.
