ABOUT MATTHIEU CAMBOURNAC

Building with iziwork the best interim platform, both for workers - leveraging digital, data and workers\' profile to propose best jobs and personalized learning path to grow career, and for companies - leveraging digital levers to be 15% cheaper than competitionI have joined iziwork beginning of 2019 to head their first Business Unit (Key account management and Staffing) and Operations. As such, my role is to lead 3 teams (50 colleagues in total) on providing best service to customers and workers while growing our presence in France. Before joining iziwork, I have been in charge of Jaeger-LeCoultre (part of the Richemont group) strategy and transformation as CEO chief of staff for 2 years after starting my career with McKinsey for almost 6 years. I hold an M. Sc. in Engineering Management Systems from Columbia University, and an M. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale ParisFinally, I am spending most of my free time practicing sport at competition level, in particular sailing and rugbyI am open to connecting with friends, classmates, colleagues, but potentially also to discussing any interesting opportunities in Entrepreneurship or Management of SMEs
