Ph.D. in chemistry and physical chemistry of polymers & materials, with 5 years of experience in R&D in France and Canada, I have joined the BASF Group. As a R&D project manager in cosmetics chemistry, I develop different synthesis processes of cosmetic focused molecules. Then, at the end of these developments, I manage the international industrialization of these products. Thereafter, I joined the management consultancy ABGI (former ACIES), and Deloitte since 2013, for performance and organisational optimization.
