ABOUT MATTHIEU BAX

Over 15 years of passion and dedication to Human Resources. Early in my career, I joined the Groupe ADP (Aéroports de Paris) for 5 years, ranging from field HR positions, such as HR manager for technical and carparks departments at Orly Airport, to more corporate roles, such as special advisor for the Groupe HRD. I spent my last 2 years as Human Resources Business Partner for Groupe ADP headquarters’ corporate populations. 7 years ago, I joined the LVMH Group. I started with Louis Vuitton, spending 4 years as Head of HR at the Ducey workshops in the Manche department. I then joined Parfums Christian Dior, as HR Director for Operations teams (focus on 2 manufacturing sites in France). Today, I work for Moët Hennessy France as HR Director.After seven years dedicated to supporting our manufacturing and supply operations across various products (leather goods, perfumes, and cosmetics), I transitioned to MHF, where I am now partner with a business focused on the marketing and distribution of champagne, wines, and spirits. Alongside my professional career, I have been a member of the National Association of Human Resources Directors for 14 years. I was President of two local groups for eight years (2 mandates in Paris and 2 in “Bretagne”). Since January 2017, I am also a member of the ANDRH National Council, and National Vice-President since July 2025.
