Ethegra Technologies LLC is a Data Analytics/ Data Science company designed to bring the power of data analysis and statistical research to farmers and food based organizations in marginalized communities. I am the Head of Analytics and the Founder of Ethegra Technologies LLC. In this role, I work with farmers and nonprofit organizations to collect, analyze and utilize their data to support their organizational goals and core mission. Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate statistical research projects, where I analyze complex data sets and deliver to clients research that is relevant and accessible- Plan and develop novel analytical and statistical techniques to serve client goals Use data to create reports that inform client operations and organizational efforts - Review and implement data security best practices for clients - Build Custom Software to meet clients data needs using R, SQL, Python and Tableau - Research and select appropriate statistical algorithms and methods to drive mission and goals of client organizations- Lead Workshops to teach statistical methods and data literacy across diverse organizations - Research and design AI & Data Science ProductsLimited Achievements - Created custom research software that identified food disparities in communities and accelerated research and organizing work by over 3 years - Utilize data to save clients on average 2 years of planning and increase organizational efficiency by average of 60%- Organized and analyzed US census data that identified issues that marginalized farmers faced. Presented these findings to the NY dept of Agriculture. This work directly led to pledge of several million dollars to marginalized farmers in NYS - Built organization capacity to organize and use data to predict and solve problems across many constituents - Increased data engagement and data literacy by over 200% in several client organizations
