ABOUT MATTHIAS MÜLLER

With more than 30 years of professional experience as a strategy and technology consultant for international customers from wholesale, retail and logistics, I accompany my internal and external customers comprehensively from the initial idea to the implementation of their data and data governance projects. I apply my know-how, which I have acquired in particular internally with many customers, holistically in the consulting and design and digital transformation of solutions, processes and organizations. For this, I have the technologies and platforms, the targeted solutions as well as the respective initial states and the technically and emotionally involved people in a three-pillar model equally in view. What I like: Honesty in joint dealings, openness in communication, factual and controversial discourse, absolute reliability and credibility, thinking and acting outside the box, economic traceability, learning together from mistakes with an open culture of mistakes, encouraging and supporting each other, the ability to admit mistakes, doing instead of just wanting to do, understanding lifelong learning as more than just an empty phrase, knowing one\'s own limits, courage for new experiences and paths, a realistic sense of feasibility, regularly leaving and expanding one\'s own comfort zone, humanity and empathy, a certain structure despite dynamics, functioning technology, realistic goals and a rough plan to achieve them, unconditional fairness and servant leadership, a healthy mix of teamwork and lone wolves adapted to the situation, existence and use of collective intelligence, positive feedback for a smile or two, negative feedback for constant professional and personal improvement and scaling. What I dislike: I like to verbalize that then at the appropriate opportunity in a personal conversation.
