I\'m a cybersecurity solutions architect, CISO, hacker, and developer, I specialize in building robust systems and rigorously testing them to identify and fix vulnerabilities. Currently, I serve as a Technical Program Manager at Bugcrowd (remote, San Francisco).I\'m the founder of Held.codes, where I offer expert talks, workshops, and mentoring services. Available for hire as a CISO & CTO, I help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture and navigate the complex landscape of product development, scale and information security.Previously, I was CISO, CTO and Product Manager at raidboxes throughout 8 years.I\'ve also been a team lead on several projects within multinational companies, collaborating with clients such as Nike, Bosch, National Geographic, Miele, Ford, Epic Games, and more.As a public speaker, I\'ve presented at TEDx, Chaos Communication Congress WordCamps, code.talks, MRC, CyberSecCon, and other events, sharing insights on cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and software development.Based in Münster, Germany, I\'m available for global collaboration and remote engagements.
