After experiencing years of work as senior mariner in the field of Offshore Wind, as well as Oil and Gas, I gained varied expertise in client-oriented operation conditions worldwide. As a marine expert in North Sea Offshore Wind sector and in the field of Dynamic Positioning, I hold a varied range of proficiency, such as maritime legislation and maritime technical knowledge, both in project and client related work places, but not limited to. Ambitious and initiative-taking, with a strong background in team leadership, paired with organization, management and people skills and I am able to inspire and motivate in team-based employment conditions.
