And the journey continues! I am excited about the new challenge and the opportunity to work with my professional team. As the Head of Executive, VIP, and Event Transportation at Volkswagen Group, I am responsible for planning and coordinating exclusive transport solutions for our executives, employees, business partners, and VIP guests. My duties include organizing and executing high-profile events and VIP transfers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and efficiency. The extensive experience of our transportation team in mobility management and event logistics ensures that our services run smoothly and professionally. I work closely with the brands and departments of the Volkswagen Group and external partners to develop tailored solutions that meet the individual needs of our clients. Our goal is to contribute positively to the reputation and success of the Volkswagen Group through excellent service and innovative approaches. Before this new challenge, I spent two years in Strategy and Governance at Volkswagen Group Security in Wolfsburg, where I was responsible for developing and implementing the new Group Policy 13. This position followed a two-year assignment as Liaison and Organization Peer in the legal department of Volkswagen AG in the Special Project US Auditorship. My journey with Volkswagen began in February 2019 in the sales department of the Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand, launching call centers for digital services CIC in Athens, Brno, and Berlin. Prior to my time at Volkswagen, I worked as an independent consultant on sales/customer retention topics in the energy markets since January 2017. Before that, I was Director of Sales at Delivery Hero Holding GmbH for 12 months. Delivery Hero is an online food-ordering service operating in 33 countries. Previously, I was Head of Key Accounts at Eprimo GmbH, which provides electricity and gas to customers in Germany. In this role, I expanded and maintained relationships with strategically important and large customers from February 2009 to April 2017.
