Dedicated and results-driven Head of IT with a proven track record in driving data-driven decision-making across diverse industries. I am currently leading the IT function at medermis clinics, a fast-growing network of dermatological practices, where I focus on transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational excellence. With a robust background in business intelligence and analytics, I have honed my skills at renowned organizations, including Boston Consulting Group and BMW Group.Before joining medermis, I used to lead a high-performing team at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal, reporting directly to the Insurance CEO. I’ve played a pivotal role in strategic planning, executing KPI projects around “Input Metrics,” and implementing cross-product BI reporting. I leverage tools like Tableau, SQL, Python, Retool, Google BigQuery, and Google Cloud Functions to build intuitive dashboards that monitor performance across multiple products.Previously, I spent nearly 5 years at Boston Consulting Group, where I oversaw the development and administration of analytic tools across Central Europe. My work included enhancing data quality, reporting KPIs to senior executives, and leading onboarding and training initiatives. I also gained foundational experience at BMW Group and Zeppelin Rental GmbH in controlling, compliance, and BI.My technical toolkit includes Microsoft 365, Python, R, Java, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, and more.
