About Matthew Zelinger

I have had a tremendous interest in and passion for the entertainment industry since I was very young. I am a driven individual motivated to complete assignments with speed and efficiency. Undertaking and completing work to a high standard is an essential skill I work on honing every day. My ability to work as part of a team is something I pride myself on. I am outgoing, with an excellent sense of humor, and therefore confident in social or unfamiliar situations. The power of storytelling in all forms fascinates me. I am thrilled not just by the presentation of great stories and compelling characters, but examining the craft, and understanding more each day the process required.As an intern at AMC Networks, I was able to immerse myself in an environment where I had enviable exposure to the breadth and depth of their business. Most recently, I worked on the set of a Prism Pictures indie film, where my responsibilities ranged from supporting lighting and script needs to being a valued facilitator between the cinematographer and a key actor who was hard of hearing. My responsibilities also included driving actors to and from the set, getting coffee/lunch for cast and crew and securing props.I am currently seeking to further my skills in my new position as an Ad Sales Assistant for AMC Networks, where I also hope to learn and become an invaluable asset in support of my team.
