Following the acquisition of Connex Education by The Classroom Partnership, I continued in a Director role overseeing growth and performance across multiple regions. My focus was on integrating teams, systems, and operations under the Connex brand while maintaining the culture and performance standards that had driven TCP’s success.Worked closely within the senior leadership team and board to align strategy, budgets, and delivery models across the group, ensuring each of my offices hit its BOP targets and operated within Connex’s compliance and safeguarding framework.Led recruitment, business development, and people operations across the Midlands and Yorkshire network, supporting consultants and managers to drive performance, strengthen school partnerships, and build on Connex’s market position as a trusted education recruitment provider.Contributed to wider group initiatives around structure, incentives, and data-led performance management, while maintaining a hands-on role in mentoring senior staff and supporting client engagement at a strategic level.
