Currently working on Vault CRM and Patient CRM; Veeva’s fully native, AI-first sales suite which leverages Vault and Veeva AI to bring a bespoke, compliant experience to the life sciences industry.Built the initial component library and key flows for the MyVeeva iOS and Android applications. Adapted the desktop UX for Veeva’s eConsent product to mobile friendly patterns.Developed associate-level designers through shadowing and mentorship sessions to ensure their success in becoming mid-level and senior members of the MyVeeva team.Built SiteVault’s new bespoke signup and onboarding experiences, replacing the prior experiences which relied on third party CRM tools. These new experiences successfully convert clinical research customers from all over the world every day.Led design for CTV: a clinical research knowledge and matchmaking tool making it easier for everyone to find clinical trials. Thousands of potential participants view trial matches on CTV every day. The CTV team won Best In Show at SCOPE Summit 2024.MyVeeva for Patients App Store Rating:(4.3)
