   Production Leader: Led Saltstone while treating and immobilizing 10.6 million gallons of low-level waste, resulting in the all-time fiscal year production record of 4.45M gallons of waste processed in FY2023. The last 3 years, average production is 6X more than the previous 5 year averageOrganizational Leader: Led organizational consolidation of Effluent Treatment Facility and Saltstone in to a single management organization called End Stream Delivery. Combined ETF and Saltstone Control Rooms into a single location while increasing Saltstone staffing from strictly day shifts to 24/7 operations without hiring any additional shift personnel. Cost savings to SRMC and DOE of $1M annually for life of projectImprovement Leader: Coordinated 7 work groups through planning and initiation of intrusive field work on the largest Saltstone process room modification in over 10 years, while not causing any system level production delays. Project increased Saltstone availability and reliability during abnormal conditionsProject Leader:Led Saltstone while receiving DOE Authorization to startup 3 new process areas—SDU 7, SDU 8, and SDU 9. These capital projects cost $400M total and were seamlessly integrated into production and are receiving or ready to receive low-level waste
