Matt owns Client Support key performance indicators, External/Internal Cybersecurity Education and Digital Content management, Client Escalation Management, Hardware Labs and Client Renewal Analytics. Matt\'s organization consists of Cybersecurity Architects, Information Development Engineers, Customer Escalation Managers, Lab Administrators and Data Scientists. His organization provides an end-to-end mechanism to deliver outstanding engineering, support, digital content creation and operational efficiencies, effectively ensuring IBM delivers an exceptional experience to our clients in the Cybersecurity industry.Matt\'s organization is currently focusing on improving productivity and reducing cost, enhancing our digital content footprint and improving self-service/self-healing capabilities in our product and our SRE (site-reliability-engineering) teams.
