The Visitor Engagement Fellow (VEF) plays a significant role in providing a memorableexperience for all visitors to the Center, while also gaining professional developmentexperience. Superior customer service, which is second-to-none in Philadelphia, is provided toevery visitor, every day, with every interaction. In addition to supporting regular museum operations alongside the Museum Experience team, the Fellow will participate in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing visitor engagement, exhibit interpretation, and public programs. The Fellow’s schedule may be split between public- facing responsibilities and project-based assignments, providing opportunities to gain leadership, programming, and visitor services experience. This position fulfills the requirements of the Drexel University Arts Administration practicum and may include a final reflection of project deliverables, as outlined by the academic program.
