I specialise in mainstream commercial litigation and I have a wide range of dispute resolution experience, having been involved in many high value and complex disputes for a wide range of clients. I am a Partner in Eversheds Sutherland\'s Commercial Disputes Resolution team in Manchester, which is rated in the North West as top-tier by both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.As well as providing clients with strategic, commercial advice to resolve disputes before they escalate, I have a wealth of experience of High Court proceedings (including proceedings in the Mercantile, Commercial Court, and Technology and Construction Court specialist lists). I also have experience of numerous alternative dispute resolution methods, including extensive mediation experience.I am recommended in Chambers & Partners with clients applauding my \"thorough, committed approach and incisive advice.\"Specialties: General commercial disputes including:• general breach of contract/warranty claims;• commercial fraud/asset tracing exercises (including the securing of urgent injunctive relief where necessary);• professional negligence claims; and• defamation/reputation management issues;I am an active member of Eversheds Sutherland\'s Sport Sector Group and regularly provide advice in respect of civil and regulatory issues in different sporting contexts.
