ABOUT MATT STOCKER

I don\'t mean to disrupt the status quo. I\'m not an in-your-face, try-to-create-waves kind of person. I don\'t try to disrupt for the sake of disruption. It just kind of happens. I guess it\'s just the way I\'m wired. Maybe it\'s being dyslexic that makes me think differently. I should come with a health warning though: you shouldn\'t hire me if thinking differently and disrupting the status quo isn\'t your thing. No, really, I\'m serious, you shouldn\'t! Same goes for my partner Debbie too. So, how do we work with our clients? We… * Always take a customer centric, agile type of approach.* Normally project based basis, with a strong focus on end objectives.* Mix top down with bottom up * Co-create with you and your teams * Work in an interdisciplinary way * Upskill teams where needed along the way. We\'ve also developed our own Sprint & Learn® workshop and project methodology that continues to surprise us with how effective and efficient it enables teams to be. By working with you to follow customer insights, your own team\'s insights and the data, together we discover the gaps and opportunities along the way. And the ideas and disruptive frameworks just quietly creep up on us all. Sometimes they\'re around innovation, sometimes about entrepreneurship and sometimes they go to the very core of your strategy and positioning. Are they our ideas, or your ideas? I don\'t think it really matters—we\'re not that that kind of consultancy. It\'s usually a bit of both, mixed together to create something really rather exciting. So, if that interests you, and you have a possible project in mind, I\'m always happy to chat. No pressure. Anything else about me? I love working with technical experts. I love getting to grips with their deep knowledge whatever the topic and translating between different disciplines as required. Where others just nod and smile, I really do relish understanding the technical detail and tying it to the big picture. I also love design, technology, software and most geeky stuff to be honest. I was almost an Industrial Product Designer once upon a time. I just do that in my spare time now, along with following my passion for woodwork, DIY and power tools!
