ABOUT MATTHEW SNELL
I’m a second-year Finance and Computer Science student at Fairfield University with an interest in financial analysis, long-term investment strategies, and the integration of technology and finance. I believe in possessing a strong work ethic and attention to detail, and I\'m proficient at Microsoft Excel and Java while also thriving in team settings.Through part-time jobs, I have gained practical experience while developing accountability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of performance.Currently, as a student at Fairfield University, I’m actively looking to build my financial and technical skill sets through courses such as Business Analytics and Data Structures, as well as outside of the classroom through obtaining certifications such as Financial Statement Analysis from Training the Street, and currently my Bloomberg Market Concepts certification.In the future, I aim to secure an internship for summer 2026 where I can make an impact as a part of a team.
