Across my career, I’ve worked with VPs, and CXOs from Global 500 companies, government organizations, and industry associations to create experiences that address top-of-mind challenges and drive meaningful change. Collaboration is at the heart of what I do. I excel at connecting the right people to the right opportunities - whether that’s recruiting Fortune 500 executives to share their expertise, shaping agendas that anticipate emerging trends, or guiding internal teams to deliver seamless, high-value experiences. Selected highlights: Launched the North American Procurement Executive Summit, collaborating with senior executives from Walmart, General Mills, Pfizer, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and others to deliver a flagship industry event. Designed and managed executive programs in finance, life sciences, and digital transformation, including initiatives on AI, data analytics, and workforce leadership. Developed and launched Xtalks Peer Circles, a peer-learning initiative for senior life sciences executives. Outside of my corporate work, I draw on my background in improv theatre to enhance my approach to leadership, collaboration, and creativity - skills that help me deliver programs that inspire participation and lasting impact.
