My passion for storytelling led me to host my own podcast, further strengthening my communication and creative skills.At REI, I deepened my frontline understanding of what it means to serve customers with care and empathy. Since joining SeatGeek, I’ve taken on multiple roles—first in customer support, then as a Customer Support Team Lead, and now as a Broker Support Team Lead. Each role has strengthened my leadership style and reinforced my belief that empowered teams create world-class customer experiences.I\'m energized by opportunities to build teams, streamline operations, and explore new revenue opportunities.
