I am the Chair at Vail Williams LLP and previously held the role as Managing Partner for 10 years during which I oversaw growth of 100%, merged or acquired 6 businesses which have been very successfully embedded, obtained Gold Investors in People status, relocated 7 offices, opened new offices in Bournemouth and Oxford and expanded our service lines. I am an experienced LPA Receiver, Valuer and Property Advisor with a broad range of property skills, and UK wide remit. I have worked with a large number of secured lenders in the recovery of non-performing loans across the UK and a wide spectrum of assets including residential and commercial property in all use classes. Some of my high profile assignments include the sale of West Cowes marina and Yacht Club for Administrators, the acquisition of over 50 property interests to facilitate the development of the West Quay Shopping Centre in Southampton, various large investment portfolios, land sales and the LPA Receivership of the Liberty 2 portfolio a £120m 80 asset UK wide recovery for a major lender.Outside of VW I am a Trustee of EBP (Education Business Partnership)
