Delivery Partner for EY\'s largest internal global business transformation program with accountability for delivering all aspects of the technical solution (SAP). This role reports up into an executive committee that includes the Global CFO and Global CIO.The implementation of SAP at EY stretches from the front office (CRM, Engagement Management and Engagement Economics) into the back office (Procurement and Finance) and involves integration with a number of existing global systems through our Enterprise Datawarehouse. The program has digitally transformed EY through the implementation of mobile enabled time and expense (SAP Fiori & Concur) and CRM (SAP’s Cloud for Customer) and this meant closely working with the SAP development teams to ensure these newer modules met both the business requirements and are performant and stable for a Production environment.Having led the technical side of the Program since the onset, I was heavily involved in the software selection process and the RFP process to select a Systems Integrator which involved running a clean room. I then managed the day-to-day Program alongside the Business Program Lead, with the accountability for all technical activities during the design, build and test phases as well as the associated budget for these activities (~$150M per annum). The Program went live with its Pilot countries in January 2016 and in early 2023 the final set of Member Firms went live. During the tail of the deployment functional improvements to the system were also implemented such as to newer SAP modules (such as Concur and Ariba) and through improving the usability of the client facing modules. The tail of the deployment was also shortened by bring the final Wave of countries, planned for November 2023, in by then months.During the last deployment wave, I was accountable for defining the strategy to separate the Financial systems if EY had moved ahead with Program Everest. Now working on the plan for a S/4 upgrade.
