Conducted the top orchestra of 85 musicians and coordinated eleven instrumental ensembles by managing 10 conductors and 35 coaches, leading to improved operational effectiveness and engagement within an 84% majority-minority student body.• Spearheaded the largest expansion in the organization’s history by creating two new ensembles, accommodating an additional 132 students, which was driven by a 72% surge in student audition rates over two seasons, effectively reducing waitlist dependency and meeting growing demand.• Established a pilot program with the Boys and Girls Club of Bellevue, providing instruments and group instruction to 20 underprivileged students, fostering access to instrumental music education and ensemble experience, which led to increased student engagement, musical growth, and a sustainable model for future expansion.• Developed and executed comprehensive year-round programming, including academic year performances and summer camps, by orchestrating an annual community concert and a 4th of July event with over attendees, increasing program visibility and community engagement.
