I work in the defense space, focused on bringing advanced material solutions into U.S. military and government programs—specifically where performance, protection, and durability actually matter in the field.At Elevate Textiles, I lead our military business across a range of DoW programs. A big part of my role is helping bridge the gap between what’s technically possible and what programs actually need—whether that’s supporting ongoing efforts or getting aligned early on future requirements. A lot of that comes down to building the right relationships, understanding how to navigate procurement, and staying close to the mission.Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked closely with stakeholders across defense, intelligence, and federal agencies—managing complex bids, supporting program teams, and helping drive solutions that hold up in real-world conditions, not just on paper.Before this, I served as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army, which still shapes how I think about the work. At the end of the day, this isn’t just about materials—it’s about what actually performs when it counts.I’m especially interested in how advanced materials continue to evolve to support changing mission demands, and where they can make a real difference across protection, survivability, and overall performance.
