I work directly with classes totaling up to 50+ men, guiding them through the new member process and helping them grow not just as fraternity members, but as individuals. My role goes beyond the standard onboarding experience. I mentor each member on leadership development, resume building, and professional networking while also being a resource for anything they may be navigating in school or in their personal lives. Watching these men come in as strangers and leave as confident, well-rounded brothers is what makes this role so rewarding.

ABOUT MATTHEW ROGERS
I’m a Business Administration student at Boise State University with a strong interest in tech sales and the intersection of technology, business, and relationship-building. Leadership has always been central to who I am. As a New Member Educator for Tau Kappa Epsilon, I mentor and develop classes totaling up to 50+ men, helping them grow as leaders, students, and professionals. I push the people around me to raise their standards while holding myself to the same expectation — always going the extra mile, always finding ways to improve. From leading crews in the field to coaching youth football to working commission-based sales, I’ve learned that strong culture, accountability, and resilience drive results. My experience in door-to-door and commission sales taught me how to handle rejection, communicate clearly, and focus on solutions. What draws me to tech sales is the fast-paced environment, the measurable performance, and the opportunity to help businesses solve real problems through innovation. I’m always looking to connect with people who are building, leading, and thinking big.
