   In 2012, I jointly developed NIU\'s Yellow Belt and Green Belt Certification programs. Since then, I have developed improvements to the programs and assisted in expanding their reach. In 2017 we added White Belt and Black Belt certification to our offerings. During the pandemic we offered our Green Belt course online. We continue to evolve our offerings to meet the regional needs of industry and professionals. Since inception we have trained over 600 students. I take great pride working with the NIU faculty to positively impact industries in the northern Illinois region.The courses are offered at multiple times of the year on Saturdays in Naperville and Hoffman Estates. We also provide training on-site for companies that have groups of 15 or more.We have grown largely through referrals due to the excellence of our industry-based instructors and hands-on design of the program.
