Ever since I can remember I have believed in the importance of building trust and making meaningful connections. In healthcare, patients want to know they are safe and that they are not just another patient. The trust and responsibility we have as healthcare workers is one that cannot be taken for granted.I thrive in fast-paced environments where effective communication and decisive decision making is key to success. I am always looking for ways to maximize efficiencies that help improve workloads or processes, while improving the safety of the facility.My ability to connect with people regardless of backgrounds has allowed me to manage various disaster incidents, establish departments, and help make important departmental changes. Having meaningful work and creating safe environments are important to me.Outside of work you can find me running trails, disc golfing, playing guitar, or coaching basketball.
