I joined Xcede Group as Associate Director for Permanent Recruitment in Germany, focused on client acquisition and development across our 4 main verticals: Tech, Data, Product and Cyber. I\'m also playing a Principal 360 recruiter role for our clients key and senior hire list (Senior SW Engineer, SW Architect, EM, Director/VP Engineering etc.)- I achieved Top Billing Perm Consultant 2022- Team achieved £2 million in sales in 2022: averaging per head- Acquired and developed 5 new clients where we achieved over £250k at each of them, in 2022. This was a major part of our sales success in 2022- In 2023, my role shifted to that of a Senior Principal Recruiter, focused solely on client acquisition, account development and placing candidates into clients.
