About Matthew Bourgeois

Over the past four years, I have been a part of driving DraftKings from a privately held Fantasy Sports company of a few hundred employees into a publically traded, several thousand employee gaming giant diversified across numerous product lines. I have participated in developing our sports betting and casino technology and the product marketing strategy for both. From slot machines, jackpots, and NFTs, I have worked to bring US consumers the most cutting-edge gaming products in a responsible and innovative way. My greatest accomplishment at DK is our marketing operations framework, which I designed to encompass all promotions across DK\'s various product lines. This framework includes a thorough quality assurance process to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and functionality in our marketing offers. Promotions are issued via direct mail, SMS, email, app pushes, and on-site marketing. Over ten teams and 100 employees use the marketing operations system I constructed, which has allowed us to scale effectively without constantly adding bodies to handle the bandwidth. I also serve as one of DK\'s 6 Jira administrators and helped integrate the various team processes from the companies we have acquired into the more extensive DK process.
