I have worked in operations, quality, continuous improvement, research and development, and regulatory affairs all from the bench chemist level to department manager to a strategy and development-focused leader. My passions are to drive enhanced community engagement in the Virginia beer scene, produce the highest quality beer for our fans nationally, develop my team into a technical and leadership-focused powerhouse, and promote education within the alcoholic beverage industry.
