Experienced change leader with a history of successful deliveries in large scale and high complexity programmes. Highly regarded for stakeholder management, problem solving and technical delivery I have a substantial history of working on challenging programmes at Nationwide.As the Delivery Lead on Nationwides Open Banking Programme I am responsible for ensuring the delivery of API capabilities to meet the requirements of the CMA Order and relevant parts of PSD2 legislation. My role has included coordination of Nationwides engagement with the Open Banking Implementation Entity which allowed me to be an active participant in the development policies and roadmaps for Open Banking in the UK. With the Regulatory Technical Standards coming into effect in September this year I am focused on ensuring Nationwide\'s successful delivery to meet this critical EU legislation.I have previously led the implementation of Nationwides Strategic Origination programme where I was responsible for the delivery of the first real time savings account application capability for the society as well as the implementation of an enabling strategic enterprise middleware platform. Prior to this I have held key leadership roles in the delivery of the PayM programme, the implementation of the Nationwide Development Centre solution delivery capability and the Voyager programme which implemented a SAP Banking platform at Nationwide.
