I’m a student-focused executive leader with 20+ years in public education—grounded in school-level experience and sharpened by district-level strategy. I currently lead College and Career Readiness in Metro Nashville Public Schools, one of the nation’s largest urban school systems, where I drive systemwide alignment to ensure every student graduates ready for what comes next—college, career, and life.My work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and student success. I specialize in building and modernizing large-scale systems: postsecondary advising models, industry credential pipelines, dual enrollment access, scholarship initiatives, and more. I lead a dynamic team of directors and coordinators. I’m proud to support the nationally recognized Academies of Nashville model, our AVID Districtwide strategy, and expansive access to advanced academics and early postsecondary opportunities, all aligned to effective college and career readiness advising and supports.
