A technical thinker who understands business drivers, I lean in wherever I see challenges and opportunities: As a Sr Technology Leader, I saw a Fortune 500 company needing significant investment in its technology infrastructure and advocated for a comprehensive transformation. Within 3 years we had retired millions of dollars in outdated technology, established a cloud-ready environment and defined a 5-year roadmap to support long-term growth. As Architecture leader, I observed business-led projects being consistently underestimated and stepped outside my role to lead a tiger team that saved the company millions of dollars annually by reducing project overruns 20-fold. As an Engineering Leader, I saw Sales teams struggling to offer customers workable technology solutions and pitched the COO on creating a dedicated Design Group to serve as an interface between the customer, development and sales. I was tasked to lead the group and we helped sales deliver an additional $5M+ in annual revenue.
