I am a licensed Physical Therapist, and graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Western University of Health Sciences. I am a board certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy, and a graduate of an accredited sports physical therapy residency program through University of Florida Health. Prior to initiating my residency training, I completed a 9-month post-graduate training program in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) at Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center in Vallejo, CA. Previously, I have served on staff as a strength and conditioning professional in both the collegiate setting (NCAA Div I & II) as well as in private practice.
