About Matt Mikaelian
I’m an operations and quality leader with 17+ years of experience in design, implementation, and evaluation of small and large initiatives; building systems that scale, improving client experiences, and leading mission-driven teams across sectors. Whether launching new divisions, creating training strategies for professionals, or designing tools used by hundreds of partners, I bring a deep focus on equity, efficiency, and people-first solutions.I’ve led teams through startup transitions, compliance transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and complex cross-agency partnerships, keeping a keen focus on the human experience of change. My passion lies in achieving sustainable processes that produce high-value outcomes. I arrive there through collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and transparency. I seek to foster relationships built on mutual trust, candor, and strong results, but never at the cost of the health and happiness of the people doing the work.
