Today, I serve as a volunteer leader with AARP Foundation Tax-Aide, contributing at both state and national levels to ensure low-to-moderate-income taxpayers have access to free, high-quality tax assistance. My work centers on developing training resources and programs, and supporting state-level training leaders and local-level instructors to enable our volunteers to deliver this impactful service across the U.S.This work is built on a 25-year career as an IT executive leading large-scale global organizations. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on improving organizational effectiveness and enabling teams to consistently deliver on their objectives through a collaborative, practical approach to problem-solving.I enjoy the challenge of aligning leadership around clear goals and strengthening the way organizations function to produce sustainable, high-impact results.
