Detect, identify & maintain orbital parameters on satellite vehicles using optical & radar sensors.• Protect friendly comms & disrupt adversary comms through defensive & offensive space control• Detect & track missile launches using ground & space-based sensors, forward info to C2 agencies.• Plan & execute satellite contacts & perform satellite commanding during space events.• Perform real-time analysis on launch, orbit, daily operations, space flight, rendezvous & docking.• Analyze & plan reentry, landing, human space flight and end of life testing for DoD & commercial.• Perform range operations in support of ballistic missile and space launches and aeronautical tests.• Fulfill war fighting and national requirements for DoD, NASA & commercial users• Perform command and control functions at C2 agencies: Space Force (USSF), Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC), regional Joint and Combined Air and Space Operations Centers, NRO, Missile Warning Center (MWC), and NORAD/USNORTHCOM Command Center.• Ensure operational effectiveness of space capabilities through operational testing & evaluation.• Replicate adversary capabilities & improve combat training & increase awareness of space threats.
