ABOUT MATTHEW MCCARTHY

I’m a nationally licensed mortgage professional with 12+ years of experience specializing in credit optimization, borrower qualification strategy, and mortgage operations. I began my career as a loan officer in 2012, quickly moved into credit optimization, and became one of the top-performing consultants in the company.In 2018, I was asked to build and scale a wholesale-focused credit optimization program—work that ultimately became one of the most effective and impactful credit optimization operations in the country. Over the past seven years, I’ve led a high-performing team that helped generate funded loans, partnering with mortgage brokers nationwide to improve borrower readiness and increase pull-through.I’ve collaborated closely with technology teams to design Salesforce-based tools that streamline enrollment, communication, and metrics tracking.
