About Matthew Levasseur

I\'ve spent the past decade building digital health systems that work at scale: national community health platforms in eight countries, enterprise systems serving more than two million members, and data infrastructures connecting agencies and providers. What sets my work apart is that I understand how health financing and incentives shape behavior across the ecosystem. My MBA and MS from Brandeis focused on health insurance economics and policy, and that knowledge informs how I approach design.I work in the space between strategy and implementation, where design meets the realities of delivery. I translate across domains that don\'t usually meet easily: from policy and finance to software and frontline care. I\'ve led and supported initiatives with NIH, CDC, USAID, and several health ministries on projects ranging from HIV data systems to machine learning prototypes to hospital performance platforms.I\'m looking for roles where this combination of systems knowledge and implementation experience creates value: strategy consulting, policy research, foundation work, or transformation initiatives that need both analytical depth and operational reality.
