ABOUT MATTHEW LAREAU

Matt is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry, most recently as Vice President of Leasing for Toronto. Matt was on the brokerage side of the profession for almost 10 years, delivering exceptional results to clients as a leasing agent focused on office/industrial leasing in the Greater Toronto Area markets.As Leasing Director, Matt was responsible for the leasing of Manulife\'s owned and managed assets in the Greater Toronto West and North markets. His role includes leading a team, developing revenue and capital strategies, and implementing leasing plans throughout his portfolio, which is comprised of over 6.3M square feet of commercial properties. Matt worked closely with all facets of real estate portfolio delivery, including Asset Management, Investments, Property Management and directly with Portfolio Managers.As Leasing Manager for Manulife Real Estate, Matt was focused on leasing initiatives on the GTA West (and downtown) portion of the real estate portfolio. Matt was directly responsible for the leasing of over 3.5M square feet of commercial properties.Matt\'s market knowledge, negotiation and transaction management skills combined with his teamwork ability and professionalism, gives him unique strength in delivering successful real estate solutions within his portfolio.
