About Matthew Swenson
My professional journey began in the design of packaging. Drawn by the allure of being the first touchpoint between a person and their purchase I was allowed to develop solutions in a variety of industries.This passion placed me in fortunate situations where I worked with, and eventually lead, incredible design teams. These experiences created a path back to the classroom, to further develop my understanding of user centered design and how this method could be translated to provide a customer focused approach to the e-commerce environment.
