With over twenty years’ experience of working within the supply chain profession, both with B2B and D2C environments. I have extensive knowledge of managing teams, strategic and cost-effective growth and development within Logistics and planning. This has been delivered while working with and managing both 3PLs and own warehouse & delivery fleets. Serving a variety of customers including; NHS, Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Supermarkets, Highways Agency and the direct to consumer. I’ve managed several distribution depot relocations, lean improvements initiatives and assisted with the project management of a successful warehouse and main distribution centre move, whilst maintaining operational requirements. I hold a National CPC and was, for several years, the designated Transport Manager on an O-license. I’ve worked with VOSA, CQC and Trade unions to ensure standards and quality are met, and the delivery of effective partnerships for all parties is realised. Combined with this, I possess robust systems skill set, covering Excel, SAP, Salesforce and PowerBI, etc. enabling not just effective reporting, but process integration. I have strong leadership skills and a commercial focus for problem solving through the establishment of new strategies, improving efficiencies, maximising resources and promoting change. Above all, I’m results orientated and delivery focused, with a passion for putting the customer at the heart of all activities.
