As Chief of Staff to CRB’s CEO, I serve as a strategic partner to our executive leadership team, helping align and accelerate enterprise-wide initiatives that drive growth, enhance performance, and strengthen our culture. I bring nearly two decades of experience at CRB—spanning project delivery, operations, and regional leadership—where I’ve consistently focused on building high-performing teams and simplifying complex systems to deliver meaningful results for our clients and our business.Most recently, I served as Vice President of Operations for CRB’s Western Region, where I led teams and championed a people-first approach to operational excellence and cultural transformation. Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply committed to fostering environments of trust, accountability, and psychological safety—where individuals feel empowered to lead, collaborate, and grow.I work closely with leaders across the enterprise to develop talent, drive strategic clarity, and embed shared purpose into everything we do. As the founding Executive Sponsor of CRB’s Racial Equity & Diversity (R.E.D.)
