Responsible for leading Renew Financials\' Florida legislative and advocacy strategy.• Develop and manage legislative strategy, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder advocacy in Florida and throughout additional designated regions.• Engage with Cities, Counties and States to join or establish Renew Financials\' PACE Program within their region. While managing the daily marketing and outreach activities within region and work with other members of the Government Affairs team to refine, adjust and improve the PACE advocacy strategy to promote Renew Financial.• Engage stakeholders on both sides of the aisle and build a coalition of supporters.• Present at State hearings, City Council and County Board meetings, as well as other public forums including local business councils and broader government groups.• Manage regional lobbying relationships, weekly meetings, support collateral development and report on progress internally.• Meet regularly with the VP of Government Affairs and other key departments to receive business updates such as financing structure, bond sales, federal policy changes, state policy changes, and legal status.
